(This post was put up on our social media channels on 6/4) We as a circuit are both saddened and appalled at the recent events that have further brought to light the issues in our country and the continued need to support the #BlackLivesMatter movement. We stand firmly on the side of equality and we stand with our community in the fight for justice. The marching arts community is one that celebrates all people, all stories, and builds performers up because of, never in spite of, where they come from. THE CIRCUIT OF CHAMPIONS

The California Color Guard Circuit was established in 1964 with the objective "to promote color guard contests, thereby perpetuating pageantry and effectiveness of the member units".

2019 will mark the 56th season of competition for the Circuit. The C.C.G.C. has grown from the six charter units; Sacramento Capitolaires, Stockton Police Cadets, Raleys Raiders, Richmond Hawks,
Praetoriansand
the Rhythmettes, to a circuit of over 50 Color Guard units competing in 9 different classifications and over 25 percussion units in 8 different classifications.
