Hello CCGCers, Teresa Moura, an iconic figure in the CCGC for many years has been battling cancer for over a year now. You wouldn't know it by looking at her and seeing her spirit continue to soar. Her family has started a GoFundMe to help support them through all of the tribulations that this battle creates. This family has given so much to the CCGC community with their constant support, advice, and expertise and has set the bar for excellence with their Oak Grove high school Winterguard and Percussion ensembles as well as the Oak Grove Too Winterguard for many years. THE CIRCUIT OF CHAMPIONS

The California Color Guard Circuit was established in 1964 with the objective "to promote color guard contests, thereby perpetuating pageantry and effectiveness of the member units".

2019 will mark the 56th season of competition for the Circuit. The C.C.G.C. has grown from the six charter units; Sacramento Capitolaires, Stockton Police Cadets, Raleys Raiders, Richmond Hawks,
Praetoriansand
the Rhythmettes, to a circuit of over 50 Color Guard units competing in 9 different classifications and over 25 percussion units in 8 different classifications.
